work is getting really all-consuming...it just sucks up the marrow from your bones. thankfully my job isn't too bad! went to watch a play called "everything but the brain" yesterday which was really good, although a part of it was uber-disturbing to me as a teacher...
but it really tells you to treasure relationships because you never know when your loved ones might move on. of course, as christians we should rejoice because we know that the eternal life will be way more beautiful and perfect than this; but i suppose the ones who get left behind need to be comforted and helped all the more. which is why the Bible always has such specific instructions with regards to helping widows and all...
but anyway, today's verse is
"I am come that they might have life, and they might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10) so today my aim shall be to live the abundant life that God wants for his children! May God give me the strength to be loving to my students and those around me. (=
