a whole host of updates

seeing that my brother finally hit the big 2-0 last weekend, i decided to show my sisterly love by buying him a cake from choc-a-bloc which was quite a hit. except for the too hard crust caused by the refrigeration. and the rather strange way the cake was brought out cos we were recording and there was the hassle with the lighter and the lights and people going off (=

but it was good! and what was better was that i met a familiar face at the gospel meeting later. quite a surprise, but definitely a good one. let's hope he took the message to heart.

today is the last hol before the national day break...must squeeze every moment of enjoyment out of it, although i'm likely to regret this much later.
