why's he so happy?

omelette with french beans - it was nice and light!

french beans with carrots - i was aiming for the kenny roger's taste but i think i didn't add enough oil...it was nice and crunchy though!

the main draw - my zu nuyok! sadly it looks nothing like my grandma's (it doesn't taste like it too) but john likes the spicy and salty taste...he ate like 80% of it!
i think a phonecall to singapore is needed in order to perfect this hakka dish (i'm dreaming of it now....)

tonight's dish is going to be chicken curry...simple and quick to make! i do love cooking, except i'm not that into meat now strangely...think it's the lingering smell in the apt that makes it unappetitizing!
